Smoky Meatloaf Muffins

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 1/2 lbs ground turkey
• 1/2 cup oatmeal
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup medium salsa
• 1/4 cup ketchup
• 2 tablespoons kirkland sweet mesquite powder

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 400°f.
• 2 combine all ingredients until blended.
• 3 form into 12 muffin-shaped balls in muffin tin and bake for 30 minutes or until done.
• 4 remove from muffin tin and allow to set and cool for 5 minutes.
