Hawaiian Sweet And Sour Meatballs On A Stick

Ingredients
- 1 lb meatballs (20-25 1-inch, use your favorite recipe or use frozen if you must)
- 15 ounces pineapple chunks (fresh is always better, however canned works well)
- 2 bell peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces (green, yellow, red and or or orange)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup vinegar (i use apple cider)
- toothpick
Recipe
- 1 cook the meatballs.
- 2 in microwave or on stove top cook the peppers until just tender.
- 3 place pepper, meatball and then pineapple on a toothpick.
- 4 mix brown sugar and vinegar until thoroughly mixes.
- 5 arrange on platter or on small tasting plates.
- 6 drizzle a little sauce over the top of each.
