- 4 1/4 lbs chicken
- 5 potatoes
- 4 lemons, juice of
- salt, to-taste
- fresh ground black pepper, to-taste
- 1/4 cup butter
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375°f.
- 2 place chicken and potatoes in baking pan.
- 3 top with lemon juice and butter, salt and pepper.
- 4 bake uncovered for 1 to 1 1/2 hour or until potatoes are fork tender and chicken runs clear.
