Shredded Beef Burritos

Total Time: 8 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 8 hrs

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs chuck roast (or whatever is on sale)
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar of your favorite salsa
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
  • 12 flour tortillas

Recipe

  • 1 put all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low about 8 hours or until meat is tender enough to shred with a fork.
  • 2 shred beef; remove and discard fat.
  • 3 serve in warm tortillas.
