Shredded Barbecue Beef

Ingredients
- 3 -4 lbs chuck roast
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon savory salt
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- water, to cover
- 2 cups barbecue sauce
- bun
Recipe
- 1 place roast, bouillon cubes, spices and tomato paste in dutch oven. cover with water. bring to a boil; simmer covered for four hours.
- 2 uncover and simmer four more hours.
- 3 add barbecue sauce and cook uncovered until tender and falling apart. remove bones and fat. shred what has not fallen apart and serve on buns.
