- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons wine
- 1 piece fresh ginger, crushed
- 2 large garlic cloves, mashed
- 3 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
Recipe
- 1 cut each thigh in half or thirds.
- 2 in a large pot,mix above ingredients well, add chicken.
- 3 bring to a boil and lower to simmer.
- 4 cook slowly until chicken is tender.
