Ingredients
- 1/3 cup meat drippings or 1/3 cup poultry dripping
- 2 cups broth, warm or 2 cups water
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour, unsifted
- salt & pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine drippings and flour in 4 cup glass measure. stir in broth. season to taste.
- 2 microwave on high for 2 minutes or until thickened.
