Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/3 cup salsa
- 1/8 teaspoon seasoning salt
- pepper
- 4 slices monterey jack pepper cheese
Recipe
- 1 mix together the beef, salsa, salt and pepper.
- 2 form into 4 patties.
- 3 grill to your desired temperature.
- 4 top with cheese the last minute to melt.
- 5 add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
