Polish Sausage & Sauerkraut

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 -6 polish sausage (i also use smoked sausage)
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained

Recipe

  • 1 cook sausages over medium heat in 10 inch skillet until brown.
  • 2 remove.
  • 3 cook onion in the same skillet until soft.
  • 4 stir in sauerkraut; cover and simmer 3 minutes.
  • 5 place sausages on top of sauerkraut.
  • 6 cover and cook 2 minutes or until heated through.
