Ingredients

- 4 -6 polish sausage (i also use smoked sausage)
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
Recipe
- 1 cook sausages over medium heat in 10 inch skillet until brown.
- 2 remove.
- 3 cook onion in the same skillet until soft.
- 4 stir in sauerkraut; cover and simmer 3 minutes.
- 5 place sausages on top of sauerkraut.
- 6 cover and cook 2 minutes or until heated through.
