Ingredients

- 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 16 ounces salsa verde, medium
- 3 1/2 cups brown rice
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- 2 in a 3 quart baking pan spread rice evenly on bottom with 1 cup water.
- 3 then place chicken breasts on top of rice.
- 4 pour salsa onto everything and place in oven.
- 5 let cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until salsa is bubbling and rice is cooked.
