Presto-change-o: Improving A Cheese Pizza

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 roma tomato, chopped (or any tomato)
  • 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chopped cooked chicken
  • salsa, as desired
  • 1 (12 inch) cheese pizza

Recipe

  • 1 saute the onions and green peppers in a little oil. when softened, scatter them onto the top of the pizza.
  • 2 chop the tomato and scatter with the chicken over pizza. add salsa to taste and scatter cheese overall.
  • 3 place the pizza directly on the oven rack in a preheated f. bake minutes or until bubbly.3-4.
