Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 4 lbs lean chuck roast
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 3 -4 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 teaspoons salt (or to taste)
- 1 tablespoon pepper (or to taste)
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
Recipe
- 1 add all ingredients together in large pan.
- 2 cover and cook slowly for 3-4 hours until meat is tender and can be pulled apart easily.
- 3 serve on buns.
