Mom's Barbecue

Total Time: 3 hrs 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 4 lbs lean chuck roast
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 3 -4 stalks celery, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons salt (or to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon pepper (or to taste)
  • 1 (15 ounce) can tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce

Recipe

  • 1 add all ingredients together in large pan.
  • 2 cover and cook slowly for 3-4 hours until meat is tender and can be pulled apart easily.
  • 3 serve on buns.
