Heart Healthy Strawberry Banana Shake

Ingredients

- 6 ounces non-fat strawberry yogurt (dannon light & fit)
- 1 banana (over ripened)
- 4 ice cubes
- 2 ounces skim milk
Recipe
- 1 in a blender add 4 ice cubes and crush using fastest speed available (if you do not have a blender capable of crushing ice, place cubes in a plastic bag and pre crush with a meat mallet or bottom of a pan first).
- 2 add remaining ingredients.
- 3 blend until smooth.
- 4 pour into 12 oz glass.
- 5 garnish with fresh or thawed frozen strawberries (optional).
