Pressure Cooker Pot Roast

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 -4 lbs pot roast (best cut you can find)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 onions (sliced)
  • 2 carrots (sliced)
  • 2 celery ribs (sliced)
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 2 cups beef broth

Recipe

  • 1 brown meat in oil in pressure cooker.
  • 2 add rest of ingredients and cook 40 minutes.
