Mini Fruitcake

Ingredients
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1 (14 ounce) can condensed milk
- 1 (28 ounce) jar mincemeat
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 2 cups corn flake crumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 36 candied cherries, halved
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- 2 place cupcake liners in muffin pans.
- 3 in a large bowl mix all ingredients together, except candied cherries.
- 4 mix thoroughly.
- 5 using a spoon fill each liner 2/3 full with batter.
- 6 top with a cherry half.
- 7 bake for 20-25 minutes.
