Ingredients

- 2 lbs ground meat
- 3 tablespoons liquid smoke
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 16 ounces ketchup
- 6 ounces chili sauce
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- 3 tablespoons molasses
- salt and pepper or seasoning salt
- 8 small hamburger buns (smaller size)
- butter
- onion, sliced
- 8 slices cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 brown meat, drain and then add remaining ingredients. bring to a boil, cover and let simmer while preparing the buns. butter the buns and toast them either on a stove top griddle or under the broiler. serve hot with sliced onions and cheddar cheese.
