- 1 lb chicken
- 16 ounces salsa
- 2 tablespoons light cream cheese
- 3 ounces taco seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Recipe
- 1 brown chicken in small amount of oil.
- 2 take chicken out of pan and add salsa, cream cheese taco seasoning and water stated on taco packet.
- 3 combine then put chicken back in pan.
- 4 simmer 10 minutes.
- 5 serve over rice or in flour tortillas.
