- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups lobster meat, cut up
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup light cream
- 1/4 cup butter
Recipe
- 1 in deep saucepan, saute onion in butter til tender.
- 2 add potatoes and water.
- 3 cover and simmer 10 mins or til potatoes are almost tender.
- 4 add remaining ingredients.
- 5 reheat, but do not boil.
