- 1 frozen chicken breast
- 1 cup of uncooked rice
- 1/2 cup frozen vegetables
- salsa
Recipe
- 1 place rice, chicken, and veggies in a pot.
- 2 replace half of the water necessary to cook rice with salsa and pour into pot.
- 3 cover pot.
- 4 heat until boiling and then simmer until chicken is cooked thouroughly. (this recipe is easily modified for more people and as much salsa as one would like for flavor).
