- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon mustard (dijon)
- 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 4 hamburger buns
Recipe
- 1 brown meat and onions over med-high heat.
- 2 pour off fat.
- 3 add everything else (except for the hamburger buns) and mix.
- 4 reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, uncovered.
- 5 serve over hamburger buns.
