Quick Cheeseburger Rice

Ingredients

- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups minute rice, uncooked
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups lettuce, shredded
- 4 tablespoons dill relish
- 1 1/2 cups chopped tomatoes
Recipe
- 1 brown meat and onion in a large skillet on medium-high heat; drain fat.
- 2 stir in water, ketchup, mustard and salt. bring to a boil.
- 3 stir in uncooked rice; cover.
- 4 remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
- 5 fluff with fork.
- 6 sprinkle with cheese; cover.
- 7 let stand for 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
- 8 serve with the lettuce, relish, tomatoes and whatever else you like on your cheeseburger.
