Low Carb Skillet "pizza"

Ingredients
- 2 slices lean deli ham
- 1 tablespoon pizza sauce
- 1 -2 tablespoon turkey pepperoni, chopped
- 4 green olives, sliced
- 2 tablespoons lowfat mozzarella cheese
Recipe
- 1 preheat a non-stick skillet and brown the ham slices lightly on each side.
- 2 spread pizza sauce over ham and add toppings ending with shredded cheese on top.
- 3 heat gently on med-low setting for 30-60 seconds.
- 4 put lid on pan for about 30-60 seconds to melt the cheese.
- 5 serve with a knife, fork and a smile.
