Ingredients

- 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/3 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried cilantro (you could use fresh, too- but would probably need more)
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients.
- 2 place in refrigerator for 1 hour to let flavors blend.
- 3 marinade meat for 2 to 24 hours.
