Sesame-sauced Chicken Thighs

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/3 cup hickory flavored barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 8 chicken thighs
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine barbecue sauce, honey and lemon juice.
  • 2 rinse and pat dry thighs, salt and pepper lightly, place meaty side down in a shallow baking pan.
  • 3 keep thighs from touching.
  • 4 brush with half the sauce.
  • 5 bake at 375 for 30 minutes, uncovered.
  • 6 turn over, brush with the rest of sauce, bake for 30 minutes more.
  • 7 place on serving platter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
