Sesame-sauced Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

- 1/3 cup hickory flavored barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 8 chicken thighs
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine barbecue sauce, honey and lemon juice.
- 2 rinse and pat dry thighs, salt and pepper lightly, place meaty side down in a shallow baking pan.
- 3 keep thighs from touching.
- 4 brush with half the sauce.
- 5 bake at 375 for 30 minutes, uncovered.
- 6 turn over, brush with the rest of sauce, bake for 30 minutes more.
- 7 place on serving platter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
