San Carlos Beef Ball Soup

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup seasoned croutons
- 1 minced garlic clove
- salt and pepper
- 2 (10 ounce) cans chicken broth
- 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 3 stalks celery, diced
- 2 cups peeled cubed potatoes
Recipe
- 1 combine beef balls ingredients.
- 2 shape into 1 inch balls.
- 3 saute for 10 minutes, drain fat and place in crock pot.
- 4 add soup base ingredients.
- 5 cook on high for 1 hour, then reduce to medium and cook for 4-5 hours.
