- 1 (3 -5 lb) rump roast, of your choice
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package onion soup mix
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 cut any fat from meat and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- 2 place in crock-pot.
- 3 pour in cream of chicken soup and lipton soup mix.
- 4 cover with lid and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 6 hours.
