Seashells' Killer Pot Roast

Total Time: 8 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 8 hrs Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (3 -5 lb) rump roast, of your choice
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package onion soup mix
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cut any fat from meat and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • 2 place in crock-pot.
  • 3 pour in cream of chicken soup and lipton soup mix.
  • 4 cover with lid and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 6 hours.
