- 12 skinless chicken thighs
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can italian-style diced tomatoes
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 place chicken in a 4 quart slow cooker.
- 2 combine remaining ingredients, stir well.
- 3 pour sauce over chicken and cook on low for 6 hours.
