Saucy Chicken Legs

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 chicken legs, with thighs
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Recipe

  • 1 oven at 350 degrees.
  • 2 over medium heat, heat oil in large skillet, then brown the chicken on all side. will take about 15 minutes.
  • 3 put chicken in one layer in casserole dish.
  • 4 saute onion in drippings for about 5 minutes, then add the soup, paprika, salt, lemon juice, and dill, and mix them together thoroughly.
  • 5 reduce heat to low, then stir the broth and sour cream into the skillet mixing well.

  • 7 gently pour the sauce over the chicken, actually spooning is best if you are not too lazy, like i am.
  • 8 cover and bake until chicken is tender, about 20 minutes.
