Saucy Blue Cheese Meatballs

Ingredients
- 2 lbs extra lean ground beef
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese (about 4 ounces)
- 2 tablespoons green onions (chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick)
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 cups half-and-half cream
- 3/4-1 cup fresh parsley (chopped)

- 2 in a mixing bowl, using your hands, combine beef, blue cheese, onion, salt and worcestershire sauce.
- 3 roll into 24 balls about 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
