Ingredients

- 2 cups diced roasted chicken, warmed
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 8 flour tortillas, skillet-warmed (6-8 inch diameter)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 lime, juice of
Recipe
- 1 mexican sauce: in a small bowl, combine mayo, yogurt, and lime juice; cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or for up to 24 hours.
- 2 tacos: in a large bowl, combine warm chicken and salt.
- 3 to build tacos, divide chicken evenly among tortillas.
- 4 top with cheese, bacon, and lettuce.
- 5 drizzle with mexican sauce; fold tortillas in half.
