Low Carb Skillet "pizza"

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 3 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 slices lean deli ham
  • 1 tablespoon pizza sauce
  • 1 -2 tablespoon turkey pepperoni, chopped
  • 4 green olives, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons lowfat mozzarella cheese

Recipe

  • 1 preheat a non-stick skillet and brown the ham slices lightly on each side.
  • 2 spread pizza sauce over ham and add toppings ending with shredded cheese on top.
  • 3 heat gently on med-low setting for 30-60 seconds.
  • 4 put lid on pan for about 30-60 seconds to melt the cheese.
  • 5 serve with a knife, fork and a smile.
