Rosemary Lamb With Potatoes And Green Beans

Ingredients
- 4 lamb chops
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 cup water
- 8 red potatoes
- 2 cups fresh green beans
Recipe
- 1 line the bottom of a crockpot with the lamb chops (you may have to layer them on top of one another if you have a skinny pot).
- 2 sprinkle the rosemary, salt, and pepper on top: dot the top of the meat with the butter.
- 3 cut the potatoes in half lengthwise and then put on top of the meat.
- 4 put the green beans on top of the potatoes.
- 5 mix the water and garlic salt together until dissolved and pour over the ingredients.
- 6 cook on high 2-3 hours or low 4-6.
