Rosemary Lamb With Potatoes And Green Beans

Total Time: 2 hrs 30 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • 4 lamb chops
  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 8 red potatoes
  • 2 cups fresh green beans

Recipe

  • 1 line the bottom of a crockpot with the lamb chops (you may have to layer them on top of one another if you have a skinny pot).
  • 2 sprinkle the rosemary, salt, and pepper on top: dot the top of the meat with the butter.
  • 3 cut the potatoes in half lengthwise and then put on top of the meat.
  • 4 put the green beans on top of the potatoes.
  • 5 mix the water and garlic salt together until dissolved and pour over the ingredients.
  • 6 cook on high 2-3 hours or low 4-6.
