Rosemary-baked Chicken With Potatoes

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoons rosemary, finely crushed
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, coarse ground
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 6 bone-in pieces chicken (thighs or drumsticks. i prefer drumsticks skinless is optional)
- 1 1/2 lbs small red potatoes, halved
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 425°f mix oil, paprika, rosemary, sea salt, pepper and garlic powder in large bowl.
- 2 mix the chicken and potatoes in the above mixture. (if you leave the skin on your chicken, make sure to rub some of the mixture inbetween the chicken and skin).
- 3 place potatoes in a baking pan (9x13 or larger) or casserole dish and bake for 15 minutes.
- 4 then add chicken to pan and bake 30 - 35 minutes longer until potatoes and chicken are cooked thoroughly.
- 5 enjoy!
