Meat Lover's Omelet

Ingredients

- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup ham, cooked and chopped
Recipe
- 1 in small bowl, combine eggs and pepper, whisking to beat well.
- 2 in a 10-inch nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium heat, rotating pan to coat bottom.
- 3 add egg mixture.
- 4 as eggs begin to cook, gently lift edges with a spatula and tilt pan so uncooked portion flows underneath.
- 5 cook for 3-4 minutes, or until just set.
- 6 sprinkle cheese, bacon, sausage and ham evenly onto half of omelet.
- 7 fold omelet in half.
- 8 cook for 1 minute, or until cheese is melted.
- 9 serve immediately.
