Savory Baked Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

- 8 chicken breast halves
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sage
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 cups fine breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, melted
Recipe
- 1 remove skin from chicken breasts, debone if desired.
- 2 combine sour cream and lemon juice.
- 3 dip dreasts in this mixture and place in a covered bowl in the refrigerator overnight or at least 4 hours.
- 4 preheat oven to 325*.
- 5 combine all seasonings, then mix with bread crumbs.
- 6 grease 9x13 inch baking pan.
- 7 dip chicken breasts in crumb mixture to coat all sides.
- 8 arrange in baking pan.
- 9 drizzle melted butter over top.
- 10 cover with foil and bake for 2 hours.
- 11 remove foil and bake additonal 30 minute to brown.
