- 675 g beef, stew meat, cubed about 2 cups
- 3 onions, chopped
- 3 cups beer, dark
- 3 cups beef broth
- 12 peppercorns
- 2 bay leaves
- 6 potatoes, cubed ansd peeled
- 3 green onions, chopped tops and all
- 1/4 cup parsley
Recipe
- 1 brown beef and onions in butter add onions and potatoes
- 2 add broth and beer and spices
- 3 simmer 2 hours.
