• 675 g beef, stew meat, cubed about 2 cups
• 3 onions, chopped
• 3 cups beer, dark
• 3 cups beef broth
• 12 peppercorns
• 2 bay leaves
• 6 potatoes, cubed ansd peeled
• 3 green onions, chopped tops and all
• 1/4 cup parsley

Recipe

• 1 brown beef and onions in butter add onions and potatoes
• 2 add broth and beer and spices
