Ingredients

- 1 quart heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons wine
- 2 cups pasta noodles, dry
- 1 (12 ounce) package of crab classics crabmeat
- 1 (12 ounce) package of lobster classics lobster meat
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped small
Recipe
- 1 in small sauce pan pour quart of heavy whipping cream, 1/2 stick of butter. as butter melts slowly put in grated parmesan cheese and whisk until butter and cheese are melted. put on low medium heat for about 5 minutes then turn off heat.
- 2 cook pasta noodles as normal, drain water and put in a deep bowl. in a frying pan melt the other 1/2 stick of butter and 2 tablespoons of wine then add chopped garlic and onions and saute. then chop crab and lobster meat into cubes and add to frying pan. cook for about 5 minutes, add pasta to frying pan and pour alfredo sauce mixture in at the same time.
- 3 keep on medium heat for 4 more minutes.
- 4 perfect meal for 2! or double the recipe for more.
