Shipwreck Dinner

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3/4 lb extra lean ground beef
  • 1 (225 g) package kraft dinner macaroni and cheese
  • 1 (540 ml) can stewed tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 cup frozen green pea
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, part-skim, shredded

Recipe

  • 1 brown meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; drain.
  • 2 stir in macaroni, cheese sauce, tomatoes, peas and milk. bring to a boil. reduce heat to medium low; cover. simmer 12 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
  • 3 sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. let stand 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
