Roast Beef Hash

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 cups leftover roast beef, slices and small bits, shredded
  • 2 cups leftover boiled potatoes, diced
  • 2 medium onions, peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 -2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 sauté the onions until they're transparent.
  • 2 add the shredded beef and cook until the pieces start to turn crispy.
  • 3 add the potatoes and stir constantly.
  • 4 otherwise, they'll become gummy.
  • 5 continue to sauté all ingredients until they are browned and crunchy.
  • 6 add salt and pepper to taste.
