Slow-cooker Chuck Roast Dinner

Total Time: 6 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 6 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (3 lb) boneless beef chuck roast, cut into serving size pieces
  • 3 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 4 medium carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 2 (11 1/2 ounce) cans tomato juice
  • 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons quick-cooking tapioca

Recipe

  • 1 in a 5 qt slow cooker, combine all ingredients.
  • 2 cover and cook on high for 1 hour and on low for 6-8 hours or until meat is tender.
