Pigs In Blankets

Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup wholemeal flour
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 3 tablespoons polyunsaturated oil
- 1 3/4 cups low-fat milk
- 3 sausages, boiled and quartered length-wise
- 1 cup tomato sauce or 1 cup tomato chutney
Recipe
- 1 mix the flours and baking powder together.
- 2 make a well in the centre and add the oil and milk.
- 3 mix to form a soft dough.
- 4 divide the dough into 12 even-sized pieces.
- 5 flatten each piece into a small square, spread with a little tomato sauce or chutney, place the quarter sausage on the dough and roll up.
- 6 bake at 200°c for 10 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
