Ingredients

- 3 lbs boneless chuck roast
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- salt and pepper
- 1 (18 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce
Recipe
- 1 place roast into slow cooker.
- 2 sprinkle with garlic and onion powders, salt and pepper.
- 3 pour bar-b-que sauce over meat.
- 4 cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
- 5 remove meat from cooker, shred and return to cooker for 1 more hour.
- 6 serve hot.
