Ingredients

- 2 onions
- 2 potatoes
- 3 carrots
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup rice (raw)
- 1 cup celery
- 1 teaspoon salt (approx.)
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper (approx.)
- 10 ounces tomato soup
- 10 ounces water (1 can of water)
Recipe
- 1 layer sliced raw veggies into a roaster or casserole dish.
- 2 sprinkle each layer with salt and pepper.
- 3 pat beef on top.
- 4 sprinkle rice over.
- 5 add celery.
- 6 mix soup and water.
- 7 pour over casserole.
- 8 cover with lid or foil.
- 9 bake 350 2 hours or until veggies are tender.
