Rosemary Lemon Pepper Chicken

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 6 chicken thighs
  • 2 heaping tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning (or a little regular pepper and some lemon juice)
  • water, to cover (for the marinade)
  • 3 sprigs fresh rosemary

Recipe

  • 1 place chicken pieces in a deep enough tupperware dish (i like the tupperware because you can turn it over and shake to mix everything).
  • 2 put seasonings over chicken.
  • 3 place rosemary in container.
  • 4 cover with water - enough so the chicken is completely submerged - cover and shake to mix.
  • 5 marinade at least 2-3 hrs, overnight or longer is even better.
  • 6 when ready to cook:.
  • 7 spray baking pan with pam.
  • 8 place chicken in baking pan.
  • 9 cut each rosemary sprig in two and place one piece under each piece of chicken.
  • 10 bake at 370 for 30-40 minutes - or until chicken is done.
  • 11 enjoy!
