Rosemary Grilled Lamb Tenderloin

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 lemon, zest of
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 -2 tablespoon rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 (3 -4 lb) lamb tenderloin, well trimmed

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients except lamb in a 12x8x2 inch dish; stir well.
  • 2 add tenderloins and turn to coat in marinade.
  • 3 cover and chill for 1 to 3 hours or longer.
  • 4 grill tenderloin over hot coals for 20 minutes or until done.
