Rosemary Grilled Lamb Tenderloin

Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 lemon, zest of
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 -2 tablespoon rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 (3 -4 lb) lamb tenderloin, well trimmed
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients except lamb in a 12x8x2 inch dish; stir well.
- 2 add tenderloins and turn to coat in marinade.
- 3 cover and chill for 1 to 3 hours or longer.
- 4 grill tenderloin over hot coals for 20 minutes or until done.
