- 2 lbs chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons dried rosemary, crushed
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Recipe
- 1 preheat grill to medium heat.
- 2 pierce chicken pieces with a fork and dip both sides into oil.
- 3 coat completely with mixture of dry seasonings.
- 4 sprinkle with additional paprika.
- 5 grill for about 15 minutes or until a fork can be easily inserted and removed and the juices run clear.
