Rosemary Chicken Wings

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons butter or 4 tablespoons margarine
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon rosemary, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 1/2 lbs chicken wings (about 12)
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preheat broiler.
  • 2 in a small saucepan over low heat,heat butter until melted.
  • 3 stir in parsley, lemon juice, rosemary and paprika.
  • 4 arrange wings in broiler pan,brush with some butter mixture, sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
  • 5 broil wings about 7-9 inches from the heat for 10 minutes. turn wings over; brush with remaining butter mixture and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • 6 broil 10 more minutes or until wings are tender (i like them browned and crispy).
