Roast Eye Of Round With Marsala Wine Marinade 3 Ways

  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
