Potato Flake Chicken

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 -3 tablespoons margarine
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 cup dehydrated potato flakes
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 melt margarine and place in a flat baking dish.
- 2 rinse and dry chicken.
- 3 mix egg and water.
- 4 dip chicken in water mix then roll in potato flakes to coat thoroughly.
- 5 place chicken in baking dish.
- 6 add salt and pepper.
- 7 bake uncovered 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
- 8 flip chicken, add more seasoning if desired, and cook an additional 30 minutes or until tender.
