Potato Flake Chicken

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 -3 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 cup dehydrated potato flakes
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 melt margarine and place in a flat baking dish.
  • 2 rinse and dry chicken.
  • 3 mix egg and water.
  • 4 dip chicken in water mix then roll in potato flakes to coat thoroughly.
  • 5 place chicken in baking dish.
  • 6 add salt and pepper.
  • 7 bake uncovered 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
  • 8 flip chicken, add more seasoning if desired, and cook an additional 30 minutes or until tender.
