Meat Fondue Sauces

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon catsup
  • 1 teaspoon brandy
  • 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 dill pickle, chopped
  • 3/8 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons butter
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter in skillet.
  • 2 add water and heat to boiling.
  • 3 add past of soy sauce and cornstarch and cook til thick and clear.
  • 4 serve warm.
  • 5 auroe sauce:combine ingredients and refrigerate til serving.
  • 6 dill sauce:combine ingredients.
  • 7 refrigerate til serving.
